Partner in trusts and estates Brian leads the trusts and estates team from our Takapuna office. He has significant expertise in commercial and business law, property and intellectual property having practised for many years on the North Shore. Brian began part-time work with the firm in 1968, while a student at the University of Auckland and has been with Holmden Horrocks ever since In over 50 years with the firm, Brian has acted for, and provided advice to, a diverse range of clients and has immense institutional knowledge of the Auckland legal scene. He provides knowledgeable, pragmatic advice on a range of issues affecting contemporary New Zealanders.
